Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

How to Start a Return

• We will reply with return instructions and the return address within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
